It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons less than 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order the purchaser or recipient has confirmed their date of birth with us and so confirm that they are over 18 years of age. If there is any doubt then our courier is at liberty to request some form of I.D. from the purchaser or recipient and if they are not satisfied that they are over the legal age to buy alcohol then they will not leave your beer.
Prices & Taxes
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The confirmation of despatch e-mail includes a VAT receipt for our customers who can reclaim VAT.
The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but cannot accept any liability for delay in delivery for any cause.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
At the point an order is submitted, it is deemed that the Purchaser has agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by the company. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the company sends the e-mail confirmation to the Purchaser (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the Purchaser and the Company irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
Nothing in the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall affect the Statutory Rights of the Purchaser.
